1. General
By visiting our website and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all customers of Isatelier.

2. Our Products
We make every effort to describe our products as accurately as possible. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if a product is incorrectly priced or described.

3. Prices and Payment
All prices include VAT. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

4. Delivery
We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times are indicative and may vary. Isatelier is not liable for delays caused by third parties.

5. Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason. To do so, please contact us at isatelier05@outlook.com. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

6. Warranty and Complaints
Products comply with statutory warranty requirements. Complaints can be submitted via isatelier05@outlook.com. We aim to respond to complaints within 14 days.

7. Liability
Isatelier is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
