1. Right of Withdrawal

2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition
- Be in the original packaging
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase
3. Return Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or delivered incorrectly.
4. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, you will receive a confirmation within 14 days. The refund will be processed using the original payment method.
5. Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons after opening
6. Defective or Incorrect Items
Have you received a defective or incorrect item? Please contact us within 7 days at isatelier05@outlook.com. We will resolve this free of charge.
